Stan Roualdes joined Shorenstein Company in 1988 as the Director of Property Management with primary responsibility for managing over 13 million square feet of Class A office properties in San Francisco. In 1990, Mr. Roualdes relocated to New York City to establish the company's New York office and to handle the management and leasing of a 5 million square foot portfolio owned by MetLife. In 1991, he returned to Shorenstein's San Francisco office as Chief Administrative Officer.
In 1997, Mr. Roualdes was named National Director of Property Management and Construction, overseeing the management and operation of the company's national real estate portfolio. His responsibilities include establishing company-wide management and operating standards and monitoring tenant satisfaction and asset performance.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Shorenstein Company, Mr. Roualdes worked at Coldwell Banker as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager.
