Jim Pierre joined Shorenstein Company in 2000 as a Vice President in Asset Management. In 2001, Mr. Pierre was named Executive Vice President, Director of Asset Management with responsibility for directing the company's asset management activities and overseeing the execution of property-level investment strategies nationwide.
Mr. Pierre is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and has passed the Certified Public Accountant examination.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Shorenstein Company, Mr. Pierre was Vice President of Asset Management for iStar Financial responsible for 68 properties totaling over 5 million square feet. Prior to iStar, Mr. Pierre worked for over 10 years in asset and portfolio management as a Vice President at GE Capital Investment Advisors and as Portfolio Manager for RREEF Funds.

Mr. Pierre graduated from University of California at Santa Barbara with a B.A.
