Gentry Hoit joined Shorenstein Properties LLC in 1993, and is a Managing Director with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and closing capital transactions across the United States, with particular focus in the Eastern United States.
Ms. Hoit is a board member of the Lincoln Center Real Estate and Construction Council. She is a member of WX and a full member of ULI. Ms. Hoit sits on the ULI-NY Executive Committee and is a co-chairman of the ULI-NY Programming Committee. Ms. Hoit is also a visiting lecturer at Columbia Business School, Yale University and Wharton and a member of Columbia’s mentoring program.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Shorenstein, Ms. Hoit worked at Hines in New York and New Jersey and handled both project management and advisory assignments.
Education
Ms. Hoit graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A., and from Columbia University with an M.B.A.
