Charlie Malet joined Shorenstein Company in 1995 as a Leasing Representative to handle the marketing and leasing of assets located in San Francisco. In 1997, Mr. Malet was named Vice President, Regional Leasing Director for the San Francisco region, with responsibility for directing all marketing and leasing activities in that region. In 2000, Mr. Malet was named National Leasing Director, overseeing all marketing and leasing activities of the company throughout the United Sates. His responsibilities include establishing company-wide standards and practices, monitoring the leasing performance of all properties within their respective markets, and managing the company's relationships with major tenants and tenant representatives.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Shorenstein Company, Mr. Malet worked at Cornish & Carey Commercial, a large brokerage firm in Silicon Valley, handling assignments for both landlords and tenants.
