F. Warren Hellman
Warren Hellman is chairman of Hellman & Friedman LLC. He co-founded the San Francisco-based private equity firm in 1984 and is currently investing its fourth fund with $2.2 billion of committed capital. Prior to serving as chairman at Hellman & Friedman, Mr. Hellman was a general partner at Hellman, Ferri Investment Associates, a Boston-based venture capital firm, and later a general partner at Matrix Partners, Hellman, Ferri's successor. Prior to Hellman, Ferri, Mr. Hellman served as president and director at Lehman Brothers and headed their Investment Banking Division.

Mr. Hellman is director of Levi Strauss & Co., The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc., and WPP Group plc. He serves as chairman of The San Francisco Foundation, and is a member of the advisory board of the Walter A. Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a trustee of the UC Berkeley Foundation, and trustee emeritus of The Brookings Institution.

T. Gary Rogers
Gary Rogers is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc. (Nasdaq: DRYR). Mr. Rogers and his partner William F. Cronk purchased Dreyer's in 1977 and have expanded it from a small regional ice cream operation to the largest company in its industry. Under Mr. Rogers' leadership, Dreyer's sales have grown from $6 million to $1.4 billion annually. Prior to acquiring Dreyer's, Mr. Rogers founded Vintage Associates, a restaurant operating company, and worked as an associate consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Rogers is a former chairman of the Bay Area Council and current chairman of the Oakland CEO Council and the Oakland Dialogue. He is a member of the board of directors of Levi Strauss & Co., Stanislaus Food Products, GARDONJIM Farms, The Bay Area Council, The International Dairy Foods Association, and the Friends of California Crew.

Richard M. Rosenberg
Richard Rosenberg is the retired chairman and chief exec-utive officer of BankAmerica Corporation. He was appointed to chairman and CEO in 1990 and served until 1996. Under his leadership, BankAmerica significantly strengthened its retail franchise in the western United States as well as its corporate operations. Prior to joining Bank of America in 1987, Mr. Rosenberg worked at Wells Fargo Bank for 22 years, his last years serving as vice chairman and director.

Mr. Rosenberg is a retired commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve, a member of the Bay Area Business Council, and the California Bar Association, a trustee of the California Institute of Technology, a past president of The Bankers Roundtable, the Bank Marketing Association, the Federal Advisory Council Federal Reserve System and a past chair-man of Mastercard International. He is a member of the board of directors of Airborne Express Corporation, Pacific Life Insurance Company, and the San Francisco Symphony and has served as a director of Northrop Grumman Corporation, SBC Communications, and UCSF-Stanford Health Care.

Michael E. Rossi
Michael Rossi is a retired vice chairman of BankAmerica Corporation. He was appointed to vice chairman in 1993 and served until 1997. Prior to serving as vice chairman, Mr. Rossi was BankAmerica's chief credit officer. Prior to that post, he held various executive positions which included running the Bank's Commercial Banking Division and the Domestic Private Banking Division, the Asia Division, and the Latin America Division. He also served as senior credit officer of the World Banking Group.

Mr. Rossi is a member of the board of the National Urban League, Del Webb Corporation, Pipevine, The Monterrey Institute of International Studies, and Special Olympics of Northern California. He was formerly a member of the board of Union Pacific Resources, the American Bankers Association, Claremont University Center and Graduate School, the American Graduate School of International Management, the San Francisco Opera, and the University of California at Berkeley Art Museum. He also served on the President's Campaign Cabinet for University of California at Berkeley and was a member of the nominating Committee of the Bankers Association for Foreign Trade (BAFT) as well as past president of the board of BAFT.

Roger O. Walther
Roger Walther is chief executive officer of Tusker Corporation, a commercial real estate development and management company, co-founder and chairman of First Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC), and co-founder and past chairman of San Francisco Bancorp. In addition to Mr. Walther's thirty-plus years in real estate and banking, he has been involved with publishing as a past owner and publisher of San Francisco Magazine, and in international education as the co-founder, president and CEO of American Institute for Foreign Study, Inc.(AIFS, Inc.); as co-founder and vice chairman of the board of trustees of Richmond College, an independent, non-profit, international liberal arts college located in Richmond, England; and as chairman and CEO of ELS Language Centers, Inc., the largest teacher of English as a second language in the United States.

Mr. Walther is director of The Charles Schwab Corporation, Dr. Meyer Friedman Institute, Chapman University, UCSF Foundation, Orlimar Golf Company, Bay Area Scholarships for Innercity Children, San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Architectural Heritage and director emeritus of the graduate executive board at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Walther is a member of the advisory board of Wharton West and president of 2006 Washington Street Corporation.

Eric Yopes
Eric Yopes worked at Shorenstein Company from 1984 until 2001. During his tenure at the company, he has played a lead role in all of the company's business activities, including leasing, management, construction, finance, investment and fund development. Prior to joining Shorenstein Company, Mr. Yopes worked for four years as a real estate attorney with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in its New York office.

Mr. Yopes is involved in numerous civic and philanthropic activities including serving as trustee for the Marin Country Day School and the Episcopal Community Services. He is also a board member of the San Francisco Bay Area YMCA.
