Stanley L. Berger
Senior Executive Vice President

Stanley Berger joined Shorenstein Company in 1971 as Senior Executive Vice President. He has been instrumental in the conception, planning and execution of major joint venture projects in San Francisco, Los Angeles, suburban New York, Kansas City and Houston with various company partners, including MetLife, Mutual Benefit Life, IBM and Bechtel.

Mr. Berger has been a lecturer on real estate for the American Management Association and the Building Owners & Managers Association. He has also served as Chairman of the Executive Headquarters Committee for the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, and has participated in several trade missions to Europe and the Far East.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Shorenstein Company, Mr. Berger worked at IBM Corporation for nearly 26 years. His assignments included senior management positions in the Real Estate & Construction Division, with responsibility for a wide range of corporate real estate activities including leasing and acquisition of land for future corporate development.
