Debra H. Paul Executive Vice President, Director of Finance and Accounting Debra Paul joined Shorenstein in 2000, and is an Executive Vice President with responsibility for planning and developing financial policy and overseeing the company's accounting, information technology and investor reporting functions. Professional Experience Prior to joining Shorenstein, Ms. Paul was Chief Financial Officer at NeTrust Lease Equities, Inc. in Los Angeles. Before working at NeTrust, she worked at TriNet Corporate Realty Trust, Inc. in San Francisco where she held positions as Vice President of Acquisitions, responsible for establishing policies and procedures for the acquisition function and oversight of all property acquisitions, and prior to that as Vice President, Controller overseeing the company's accounting and information technology functions. Education Ms. Paul graduated from California State University at Fresno with a B.S. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
