Christine
Kwak joined Shorenstein in 2001. She is
responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing capital
transactions in the Western United States, with particular focus on Oakland
East Bay, Denver, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego.
Ms. Kwak is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Women in Commercial Real
Estate.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining
Shorenstein, Ms. Kwak was a vice president at Goldman Sachs & Co.
in New York handling principal debt financings and commercial mortgage-backed
securities.
Philanthropic
Activities
Ms. Kwak is a corporate council member of the Yerba
Buena Center for the Arts, a multidisciplinary art center located in San
Francisco, California.
Education
Ms. Kwak graduated from University of California at Berkeley with a B.A., and
from The Wharton School with an M.B.A.
